When can I start using Grass2Lawn?

Once one of our trained technicians have been to analyse your lawn and given you any recommendations we can then get you booked in for your first treatment. Your lawn care journey can be started at any time through the year.

How long will it take for my lawn to start improving after Grass2Lawn treat it?

Each of our treatments are tailored to your lawns requirement and each have varying times to see a difference. Typically our first treatment when you start the treatments will be a herbicide to keep your weeds under control, and that will have a visible effect of in 2 – 4 weeks after a treatment.

Why should I use your services rather than treating the lawn myself with shop bought products?

Our treatments are tailored exactly to your lawns requirements and the amount of product used is calculated from your lawn size so the correct amount is applied. Our professional products are very different to those off the shelf prodcuts and offer longer lasting effects for your lawn.

Why should I use Grass2Lawn and not a nationwide company?

We are an independent family business and caring for your lawn is our main priority. With Grass2Lawn you are not just a number on a job sheet for the day, we take time at each lawn to talk to our clients and ensure they are getting everything they wish from their lawn care programme.

Do I have to sign a contract or sign up for a minimum duration?

No, we offer one of treatments and services as well as our seasonal treatment plan. You do not need to sign a contract or commit to our services for a minimum duration. We recommend our seasonal treatment plan to keep your lawn looking lush, weed free and moss free throughout the year, but we appreciate financial circumstances/priorities change, so we are happy to tailor any treatments or services to our client’s needs.

My lawn is in an awful condition, can you really get it back to a nice garden lawn for my family to use?

Yes! Please book in for a lawn analysis and one of our team will visit your lawn and give you our honest, professional opinion. Unless you are trying to grow a lawn on an unsuitable area then our treatments and services will undoubtedly have an impact.

How long does a lawn analysis take?

Our lawn analysis typically takes 30 minutes to complete. This allows our technician time to analyse the existing grass, soil condition, moss/weed presence and have time to discuss your expectations.

Do we have to keep our children and pets off the lawn after you have treated the lawn?

Our lawn technician will go through this after every visit. We recommend that children, cats and dogs are kept off the lawn for a minimum of 3 hours, but ideally if the lawn can be left undisturbed for the rest of the day it allows the treatment to take effect.

I am not always at home, can a treatment be completed without me being present?

Yes, a large majority of our clients are not at home when we complete their treatments. Please advise our office if you will not be present along with any information around leaving the gate unlocked or a key safe device, so our team can still complete your treatment.

How do I pay Grass2Lawn?

We offer GoCardless which is a simple and easy process of spreading the cost of your lawn care over monthly payments. We are also happy to accept payment by BACS, cheque or cash.
